I was so happy to participate in this fun and fabulous silent auction that was hosted by Hospice Care of the Lowcountry.
Here was the premise: Individuals picked up an item or piece of furniture at one of the many local thrift stores. They unleashed their creativity and completely transformed it into something creative and new. All participants donated their creations to the silent auction which benefited the programs of care offered by Hospice Care of the Lowcountry. Here was my creation. A gorgeous, but older and scratched up, Ethan Allen coffee table . Stripped and stained, iron legs repainted, and a final lowcountry masterpiece painted on the top. Last photo is the table in the winning bidders home!
